I'm so excited about going to the States to see you and John. I can't wait! Hiromi, I'll be just happy to see you and it would be nice to feel the air of Chicago you normally do.
BTW, I do love Haruki Murakami and I've read most of his works.
I also read Kafka on the Shore 2years ago. I felt there was a place I could be in. It moved me a lot.
Each time I finish reading his novel, I feet so safe and I would be able to see myself clearly. I love that kind of feeling. I might not fit in a society, which makes me feel better. I fogot her name in the story who owns a library, Saeki-san, I think so. One of my friends told me after reading Kafka on the Shore that Saeki-san reminded me. Is that so? If so I'm mysterious??? Don't laugh,Hiromi!

Hey Hiromi!

I love your blogs. I'm so impressed that you can write so much every day. I don't think I could write that much if I had a blog. Anyway, reading your blogs gives me a good deal of insight into your daily life in Chicago.

I'm also really glad that Yurie is coming to the States. As you've probably heard, she going to stay at my place in NYC for 4th of July weekend. That's the best weekend to come to my place. I have a great view of the Macy's 4th of July Firework display. Plus, my twin brother Sung is going to be there with his wife Lynn. It should be a blast!

Hiromi, keep up the blogs. They're great!
