I can’t believe that I haven’t updated my blog for a while. There are so many things I have done and thought. I am going to my parents’ for new year’s. I just came back from Chicago, so I have a terrible jet lag. I will write many things, especially my trip to Chicago and Colorado soon!

I am not busy for the parties, but many people are for sure. I had a few no shows today (my clients didn’t show up to take my lessons). Everybody is running around and trying to finish work by the end of year. On top of that, people usually have or have to go to?! the end of the year parties with their colleagues and usually the parties are mandatory. Here, the place I work has no such a pressure. There is one party tomorrow which is actually not for the end of the year celebration, but welcoming new employees. I am broke, but I am going, haha….I would like to get to know people here. We work individually and have a few interactions during work. It should be fun!!

I bought flowers today!! They are pink and blueish purple sweet pea flowers, so pretty and make me happy! I made deep fried shrimp and vege tempure (Kakiage in Japanese), but it was messay!! I put some chinese cabbage and it was not a good idea. They were exloding in hot oil…dangerous…but they turned out so delicious. bad bad fried food, but I used canola oil and sesame oil though.

There is a cool woman working here with me. She is from the U.S. and our birthdays are so close, and in fact we were born in the same year! She travelled everywhere and is very nice and pretty!! We will hang out after my trip to Chicago and Colorado.

I don’t know what to get for Christmas gifts to Harper and his family…something fun from Tokyo…ummm…difficult because there are so many fun and crazy things!!

I am going to look for a job next year. I don’t quit this one I have, but I want to do something art related. I was too busy to get used to a new life in Tokyo. Tokyo is very materialistic and makes me feel poor all the time….bummed…but I am sure that there are many people like me. I just have to find them..yea, that’s right!

well well, it’s time for me to go back to work…

I am excited about this year ending soon. I had many good things this year, but it was a difficult year for me as far as my career goes. And I had to move back to Japan, but it turned out not so bad. I still don’t have a TV, but I got used to it. Maybe, I won’t get a TV forever, haha. Last week, I applied one job and didn’t get it. sad….but made me think what I really want to do…some art related job, but I also have to pay my bill….difficult….well, I shouldn’t rush myself.

I will have a day off tomorrow, yey..I am thinking about going to museums or christmas shopping or both, haha….tought choice…I have to do laundry, clean my room, and you know those things…

I am at work and have no show…my client couldn’t make it, but I still get paid…nice sort of..

I guess I haven’t updated my blog for a while. I felt like I was busy some reason..oh…my friend, Kaori visited me. That was really fun, and I applied the job and such. yea, busy, I guess.

So Kaori came and we just basically hung out for two days. She gave me this pretty corsage and I love it and wear it quite often. We went shopping and eating out, hahaha….I bought cafe curtains for my kitchen..

Oops, I have to go back to work…I will update my blog more often, I promise
