Hello Hiromi-chan! I really enjoyed having lunch with you and Nana. I'm glad to hear that you had a great vacation in the US. I bet all of your friends in Chicago miss you too as much as you miss your life in Chicago. Guess what? I started Macrobiotic life! I made a blueberry cream pie today: Cream is made of Amazake, Kuzu, and soymilk, and blueberry jelo is made of blueberry and Kanten. My husband call my Macrobiotic dishes as "Ninja Meal." I think I will take him to the Blind Faith Cafe soon. Anyway, stay warm & take care.
